Patient lift sling instructions

- Use only with approved lifters
- Use only with chains with “s” hooks
on both ends to attach sling to
swivel bar.
- Attach one “S” hook in to back of sling; attach other “S” hook into seat of sling; hook ninth link, or link marked in red as starting point to attach chain to swivel bar. Repeat for opposite side of sling. Adjust either way from there to get correct positioning of patient.
