RETURN POLICY

Thank you for choosing Gilgal Medical Supplies. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined in this Return Policy.
GENERAL RETURN GUIDELINES
- Please have your invoice number available when requesting a return.
- All eligible returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the original purchase date.
- Items must be:
- Unused and unopened
- In original packaging
- In resalable condition with all labels and tags intact
- Not defaced (no writing or markings on packaging)
- A copy of the original packing slip must be included with your return.
IMPORTANT RETURN CONDITIONS
- Items delivered and later deemed no longer needed or ordered by mistake are not eligible for return.
- You are responsible for ensuring returned items are properly packaged to prevent damage during transit.
- Non-stock items, special orders, promotional/bonus items, and COVID-19 at-home test kits are not eligible for return.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:
- Opened or used products
- Products purchased more than 30 days ago
- Sterile supplies or clearance/final sale items
- Items marked “Non-Returnable”
- Personal care and hygiene products
- Food and nutritional products
- Diagnostic products (including at-home test kits)
- Perishable goods or items with expiration dates
- Urological, ostomy, wound care items, shower chairs, and commodes once delivered
RETURN PROCESS
To initiate a return:
- Email cs@gilgalmedical.com with your invoice number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
- Once approved, you will receive:
- Return authorization confirmation
- A UPS return shipping label (if applicable)
- Package the item securely and include:
- RMA number
- Original packing slip
- Ship the item according to the instructions provided
RETURN SHIPPING
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The item is defective
- The item was shipped in error
- The item was damaged in transit
In such cases, we will arrange pickup using a carrier of our choice at no cost to you.
INSPECTION & APPROVAL
All returned items are inspected upon receipt.
- If your return complies with this policy, a refund or credit will be issued
- If your return does not comply, you will be notified:
- No refund or credit will be issued
- The item will not be returned back to you
REFUNDS & PROCESSING TIME
- Refunds are processed within 2–4 weeks after the item is received and approved
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution
RESTOCKING FEES
- A 15% restocking fee applies to standard eligible returns
- A minimum 30% restocking fee plus pickup charges will apply to:
- Orders placed by mistake
- Orders no longer needed
DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS
- Defective items may be repaired or replaced based on manufacturer policy
- Returns due to recalls or defects will always be authorized
LEGAL & DISPUTE TERMS
FINAL SALE & ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this Return Policy. Any items designated as non-returnable or final sale cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES
- Customers agree to contact Gilgal Medical Supplies directly to resolve any issue before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
- Initiating a chargeback without first attempting resolution through our support team may be considered a violation of this policy.
- In the event of a chargeback:
- We reserve the right to provide proof of delivery, order confirmation, and policy acceptance to the payment processor
- Any refund eligibility will be subject strictly to this Return Policy, regardless of dispute status
- We reserve the right to deny future orders from customers who file unjustified chargebacks
REFUSAL OF RETURNS
Gilgal Medical Supplies reserves the right to:
- Refuse any return that does not meet the criteria outlined in this policy
- Limit or reject returns from customers exhibiting patterns of excessive or abusive return behavior
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Gilgal Medical Supplies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products
- Our total liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product
SHIPPING & DELIVERY LIABILITY
- Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, Gilgal Medical Supplies is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages
- Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate shipping information at checkout
POLICY ENFORCEMENT
This Return Policy shall be strictly enforced. Any exceptions made are at the sole discretion of Gilgal Medical Supplies and do not establish precedent for future exceptions.
SHIPPING DISCLAIMER
We aim to deliver most orders within 2–3 business days, but delivery times are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to inventory, carrier issues, weather, or peak seasons.
