1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will begin processing on the next business day.

  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on Sundays or major holidays.

If we experience high order volume, shipments may be delayed. You will be notified by email if there is a significant delay.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. Typical delivery timelines:

3. Local Pickup (St. Cloud, FL)

We offer free local pickup at our store:

  • An email or SMS notification will be sent when your order is ready.


4. Shipping to P.O. Boxes

We ship to P.O. Boxes through USPS.
Some oversized or heavy products may require a physical street address.


5. International Shipping

GileadFoods.com ships internationally.
Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on destination country and carrier rates.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Customs fees

  • Import taxes

  • Duties

  • Country-specific restrictions

These charges are not included in our shipping rates.


6. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with:

  • Tracking number

  • Carrier link

  • Shipment status updates

Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after the label is created.


7. Shipment Delays

Gilead Foods is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather events

  • Carrier issues

  • Customs inspections

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

We will assist with filing carrier claims when appropriate.


8. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged:

  1. Contact us at cs@gileadfoods.com within 48 hours

  2. Provide your order number and photos (if damaged)

  3. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue

Once the claim is approved, we may issue a replacement or refund.


9. Wrong Address Policy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
If an incorrect address is provided and the order ships, we cannot guarantee replacement or refund.
