Franchise Fee Structure

  • Royalty Fee: 8.5% of gross sales

    • Includes continuous operational support, training, and access to Gilgal Medical’s supply chain and vendor network.

  • National Marketing Fee: 2% of gross sales

    • Dedicated to national and regional advertising campaigns, digital presence, trade shows, and healthcare provider outreach.

Total Ongoing Fees: 10.5% (8.5% + 2%)

Initial Investment (Estimated)

  • Franchise Fee (one-time): $35,000 – $50,000

  • Setup Costs (leasehold improvements, equipment, signage): $50,000 – $150,000
